Biography

I coach because I want to help people feel good about themselves and their day-to-day lives, as well as their futures. I love to help people achieve life balance, stress reduction, organization, time management, and money management.

I provide my clients with support, tools, and accountability. I focus on both short-term and long-term goals and help develop action steps that can be easily and quickly accomplished. I work side-by-side with people to develop personalized systems to help them stay organized.

I am positive, upbeat, down-to-earth and calm, and this is mirrored in my coaching. My approach is very practical and I have a “toolbox” full of ideas to customize to each person. It is my great pleasure to help people get what they want, do things they didn’t think they could do, and enjoy themselves in the process!

I am accredited by the International Coach Federation and the Coaches Training Institute. I am a licensed psychologist (PSY #11928) with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology. I have been providing life coaching since 1998.
